Thai Reflexology for the Foot

This foot routine constitutes a general reflexology treatment for the whole body Thai’s have a long history of emphasizing this importance of feet points in treatments for every type of disorder. An excellent example of this is the feet of reclining Buddha at Wat Pho, Bangkok. This is “the soles like the mirror of health”. Thai reflexology consists of 51 techniques. A wood stick is used in conjunction of going deep in 26 points of each foot. It is a one hour sessions, 30 minutes of each foot.
