THAI REFLEXTHERAPY
FOOT MASSAGE
Thai tradition
has a long history that stresses the vital importance of foot points in
treatments for nearly every physical disorder. The General Reflexology
foot routine constitutes a whole body treatment. The reclining Buddha at
Wat Pho, Bangkok is an excellent example, “the soles are like the mirror
of health.” 51 techniques are taught in this 1 hour session (30 minutes
for each foot) covered on both days.
This course teaches the therapist how to perform Thai pressure points work
upon the client’s feet. The student can use some Thai Reflexology routine
and integrate this with a massage session (or 1 hour reflexology session)
on the client’s feet to stimulate the client's internal organs (thus
making the session much more therapeutic, whereby the healing processes
are taking place much faster).
Note:
Workshops are
instructed by Souri Sisavath at the Nuat Thai Massage Center.
